BIOBOX® New Generation
B-BOX Filter Cartridges
The most revolutionary and innovative feature of this filter is the biodegradable material that covers the new B-BOX filter cartridges. A non-polluting, plastic-free coating that can be disposed of through composting processes. The new filter media fit into a modular cartridge system, which is versatile to use and easy to maintain.
B-BOX Modular System
This new generation of BIOBOX filters works through a modular system of 100% reusable cups where the B-BOX filter media fit. These modular cartridges are easily interchangeable, allowing you to tailor your filtration setup to meet the unique needs of your aquarium inhabitants. You can simply remove and replace the cartridges as needed for optimal performance.
100% Biodegradable and compostable
The B-BOX were designed to deliver superior filtration while minimizing environmental impact, thanks to the unique compostable properties of their biodegradable coating, which also functions as a mechanical filter for fine particles. Once the filter cartridges reach the end of their lifespan, the coating can be easily removed and composted with organic waste, while the inner filter material can be reused as plant substrate.
Filtration Methods
The BIOBOX combines mechanical, biological, and chemical filtration methods. Mechanical filtration efficiently removes debris and waste particles, keeping your aquarium water crystal clear and free of impurities. Biological filtration harnesses the power of beneficial bacteria to break down harmful substances, ensuring a balanced and healthy aquatic ecosystem. The chemical filtration removes dissolved wastes from water, such as chlorine, ammonia or phosphate.

Conversion Kit
All older versions of BIOBOX filters can be upgraded with our compatible conversion kit. This is a system of modular cups for fitting the new B-BOX filter media into BIOBOX filters. This will transform your old filter into a new generation filter. The unique conversion kit is sold separately and includes 7 modular cups so you can create the most suitable filtration for your aquarium with our variety of filter media.
EasyKlim®
Tecatlantis EASYKLIM+ heaters form quartz tubes which can be completely submerged in water and have a high resistance. They all include a regulator for adjusting the temperature and a power indicator. The difference is in the power level from 25 to 300 watts, suitable both for small and large aquariums.
ORI Smart Control
Simplify your aquarium maintenance with our intuitive controller ORI. Paired with our user-friendly App, you can manage your aquarium’s filtration from anywhere, ensuring optimal water quality without fails. The ORI can control an undefined number of filters, emitting alerts whenever you need to replace filter cartridges.
