B-BOX Filter Cartridges
Different filtration needs require different solutions. All B-BOX cartridges feature a fibrous outer layer that provides an initial stage of mechanical filtration by retaining particles present in the water. From there, the different compositions act according to their specific function, complementing the filtration process in different ways.
Modular System
The B-BOX filter media fit into a cartridge modular setup system, which is versatile to use and easy to maintain. The modular cups are 100% reusable and interchangeable, allowing you to tailor your filtration setup to meet the unique needs of your aquarium inhabitants. You can simply remove and replace the cartridges as needed for optimal performance.
Filtration methods
This filter combines mechanical, biological and chemical filtration methods. Mechanical filtration efficiently removes debris and waste particles, keeping your aquarium water crystal clear and free of impurities. Biological filtration harnesses the power of beneficial bacteria to break down harmful substances, ensuring a balanced and healthy aquatic ecosystem. The chemical filtration removes dissolved wastes from water, such as chlorine, ammonia or phosphate. In addition, the coating of the cartridges itself carries out a mechanical filtration in the aquarium water.

BIO FILTER systems combine filtration with easy maintenance. The integrated motor promotes water circulation, while the fully removable structure facilitates cleaning and access to the different components. The water outlet also includes a flow regulator, allowing the flow rate to be adjusted according to the aquarium’s needs.
