Modular cups system
The filtration system of these filters works based on a modular configuration of filter foams with the innovative and eco-friendly B-BOX L filter cartridges. The modular cups are 100% reusable and interchangeable, allowing you to tailor your filtration setup to meet the unique needs of your aquarium ecosystem. You can simply remove and replace the cartridges as needed for optimal performance.

Filtration Methods
This filter combines mechanical, biological and chemical filtration methods. Mechanical filtration efficiently removes debris and waste particles, keeping your aquarium water crystal clear and free of impurities. Biological filtration harnesses the power of beneficial bacteria to break down harmful substances, ensuring a balanced and healthy aquatic ecosystem. The chemical filtration removes dissolved wastes from water, such as chlorine, ammonia or phosphate. In addition, the biodegradable coating of the cartridges itself carries out a mechanical filtration in the aquarium water.

100% Biodegradable and compostable
The B-BOX were designed to deliver superior filtration while minimizing environmental impact, thanks to the unique compostable properties of their biodegradable coating, which also functions as a mechanical filter for fine particles. Once the filter cartridges reach the end of their lifespan, the coating can be easily removed and composted with organic waste, while the inner filter material can be reused as plant substrate.

The ID of your aquarium is a set of letters and numbers that identifies unequivocally your product and all its traceability. The ID is composed of a letter and two sets of six digits.
Before proceeding to the filter maintenance, always unplug all the electrical devices. All the refills were designed to keep the aquarium in excellent condition and as clean as possible. However, the misuse and replacement of the filter cartridges can harm the proper functioning of the aquarium. To avoid this, you must respect the replacement rules that vary over a period of time depending on the type of filtration. To avoid an imbalance in the water of your aquarium, do not replace filter cartridges with different features at the same time.
